Company culture was too adaptable, as a newbie i never felt alone or discarded, everyone was given equal opportunity to build up their skills whether he/she is newbie or experienced, work culture was too motivating to develop skills with proper guidance. During this internship mentors provided enough time to learn the things first and then implement, so there was no hassle in any process and i was able to do it at normal pace regularly and learnt some technologies, mentors guided with some resources for particular implementation.
