About The Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Support in conducting the HR interviews and training sessions
- Work on recruitment in areas like artificial intelligence, digital, pharma and healthcare, patient engagement
- Work on the pre-joining and joining process
- Work on payroll support via HRMS
- Work on company recruitment posts on social media
Who Can Apply
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources
- The ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
- Working knowledge of employment law and legislation

- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
